The Tablet’s Girls All-Star Basketball Team to Be Announced Live on Facebook

The Diocese of Brooklyn’s award-winning newspaper is excited to be hosting a special Facebook Live event to announce The Tablet Girls All-Star Basketball Team, showcasing some of the most talented young players from Catholic high schools throughout Brooklyn and Queens.

This year’s CHSAA girls’ varsity basketball season featured a number of truly standout players. From seniors capping off stellar high school journeys to underclasswomen rising to the occasion, these athletes have delivered impressive statistics and unforgettable moments.

Each member of the Girls All-Star Basketball Team was handpicked for their skills, sportsmanship, and commitment to living out Catholic values on and off the court.

The Big Reveal: The full Tablet Girls All-Star Basketball Team roster, announced by Christine Persichette, anchor of Currents News, the Diocese of Brooklyn’s nightly newscast, and Jim Mancari, long-time sportswriter for the Tablet.

Player Highlights: Stats on points, rebounds, and special awards of the court-crowned queens.
